Hire Process

Hire
To secure your booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required. Your outstanding payment must then be made at least 28 days prior to the event date. If the final payment is not received the booking will unfortunately not proceed.
Payment plans are available subject to T&C’s.
All hired items remain the property of Rococo Rainbow. They become the responsibility of the hirer throughout the duration of the hire term. At no point does Rococo Rainbow accept liability in the event of any injury or damage caused by our hired items, however they are caused. They are hired entirely at your own risk. We therefore recommend that you take out your own event insurance.
Delivery Options
Delivery, Set-Up and Style
If you opt for our ‘Delivery, Set-Up and Style’ package; sit back and relax because we will take care of everything for you prior to the event (as pre-arranged with you and your Venue).
Delivery Only
If you opt for our ‘Delivery Only’, we will deliver the items to your Venue (as pre-arranged with you and your Venue); then you or your Planning Team will be responsible for assembly and styling.



Return Options
Return and Take Down
If you opt for our ‘Return and Take Down’ option; sit back and relax because we will take care of everything for you after the event (as pre-arranged with you and your Venue).
Return Only
If you opt for our ‘Return Only’ option; you or your Planning Team will be responsible for take down and we would request that all items be accounted for (from your hired items checklist), grouped together and packed into the containers provided, ready for us to pack into the van on arrival.
Damage Deposit
Accidents can happen, in addition to the hire cost a refundable breakage, damage and loss deposit of approximately £100* will also be required at the time of final payment.
*The deposit may be more, or less depending on your total order and items hired. This will be confirmed in your personalised package quotation.
We hope that you will respect that our items are one off special pieces, curated and created with a lot of love and care, that are often not easy to replace. We therefore set out these guidelines to ensure that our equipment is well looked after.
We urge you to read the full ‘Terms and Conditions’ and your ‘Hire Contract’ prior to paying your deposit to ensure you are entirely happy prior to hire or purchase of any item.
